Agartala, August 17, 2026: The Tripura government has launched T-RISE (Tripura – Rise in Innovation, Startup and Entrepreneurship) in collaboration with Hyderabad-based T-Hub, marking a significant step towards strengthening the state’s startup and innovation ecosystem.

The initiative aims to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with greater access to mentorship, industry networks, investors and other resources needed to develop and scale innovative business ideas. The partnership with T-Hub is expected to help connect Tripura’s emerging startups with a wider national entrepreneurial ecosystem.

As part of the launch programme in Agartala, a special session titled “Building a Unicorn in Tripura” was organised to encourage young entrepreneurs and highlight opportunities for developing high-growth companies from the state.
